Darren Romeo: The voice Of Magic, that says it all. The show is so
awesome. Darren plays at the beautiful Welk Resort Theater where
everyone, including gift shop, restaurant, lobby and ushers, are so
very helpful and nice to the quests. I want to thank you all!
Darren Romeo: The voice of Magic. Just that statement is so true.
Darren has a voice that is magic and will melt your heart. When
Darren sings his own song "Dreamscape", he does an awe-inspiring
illusion that will thrill you. The words to the song are so
heartfelt. Darren sings a song by Bobby Darin, whom he was named
after due to the fact that his mom liked Bobby Darin, , "Dream
lover" and his leading lady Kristy appears. The two of them work so
well together it is truly magic to watch them. Darren also does some
"fun" songs and illusions which are a joy to watch.
When Darren does some of his impressions it adds so much humor to
the show. There is something for all ages.
The first time I saw The Darren Romeo Show was at Busch Gardens in
Tampa, FL. That was the summer of 2003 and it was only a half hour
show. By the end of summer there were over two hour waits to get
into Darren Romeo's show, that is just the kind of show it is.
Darren Romeo also came back to Tampa for New Years Eve.
When I heard that he was going to be in Branson, MO. I just HAD to
go. I am so glad that I was there for his opening night! When Darren
saw me he remembered me by name, that is the kind of person he is,
very personable. The show in Branson at the Welk Resort Theater is
so much more than when he was in Tampa, FL.
After each show Darren and Kristy hold a meet and greet where anyone
who wants can vist or just have something signed. It is a must see
show for all!
