Three Great Tony Reviews

Tony Medicine cures all!

Feelin down? Need your spirits lifted? Want to feel years younger?
Then you need to go see "Tony Roi's Elvis Experience" at Music City Center Theatre next to the La Quinta Inn at Branson.
I have never heard or seen anyone that more closely resembles the King of Rock and Roll- "ELVIS" more than Tony Roi does.

This man is so talented, you'll swear the real man just stepped out on the stage in his white jumpsuit. His energy, his smooth voice, his charisma, his dancing, will all command your attention. He even has a humorous side that will have you in stitches. As you hear the songs that Elvis made famous, you'll be transported back in time and you won't be able to take your eyes off him.

Tony has a unique voice. Whether he sings rock, country, or gospel, you'll be memorized by him. You will feel the audience come to life as Tony dances across the stage and the ladies began to scream. If you're looking for a show to sleep thru, this ain't it!! Tony has so many dance moves that your temperature will rise as the perspiration pours from his brow. You gentlemen want to see how your spouse used to act as a teenager, bring her to see Tony and see her act like she was 18 again! Whether you're 8 or 80, you'll be rockin & screamin and finding it hard to stay in your seats. Feel like dancing, get up! Tony says "in his house there are no rules, no seat belts, he wants everyone to let their hair down and have a good time".

If you are down and depressed, finding it hard to make it thru your daily life. Then Tony has the medicine for you! He will revive you and make up feel so refreshed. I've never had a pill that could compare to the zest of life that Tony can give you. You'll feel like you took a dip in the fountain of youth after seeing this show.

The ticket office for this show is on the ground level by Starbucks, which adjoins the La Quinta Inn. The theatre & concessions are on the 2nd level. There is an elevator near the ticket office for those of you who prefer not to climb stairs. The tickets are very reasonable and you will sure get your moneys worth of entertainment-no kiddin! The theatre at Music City Center is just the right size, two sections and not a bad seat in the house. If you have questions or need assistance there is a friendly staff to help you. Handicapped seating is available and wheelchairs are welcome. The seats are full, not those tight fitting suckers that clamp your behind like a sardine can.

Tony sings all the Elvis favorites like Suspicious Minds, Are you lonesome tonight, Polk Salad Annie, Teddy Bear, etc. If you don't hear your favorite song in the first half of his show you can request it at intermission at the souvenir table. This theatre allows flash photography so bring your cameras!! If you forget your camera and would like a souvenir photo with Tony to take home, he has a photo segment just before intermission where you can go up on stage and have your photo made with him.
Let me tell you, this man is so nice and never turns a fan away. He loves to meet new people and welcomes family photos too.
Gentlemen if you'd prefer your photo with the lovely "Angel singers" Heather & Donna, they will be happy to pose with you.

Tony loves to see children attend his show. He doesn't care if they dance around and have fun. He is a family man himself and understands that children need to express themselves and have fun. Who knows, he may inspire one of your kids to want to be a performer!

Tony also has a wonderful band behind him. They can rock with the best of the best. If I start naming names, I'll surely forget someone, so will just say that they are very good and are all friendly and they follow Tony's moves intently. Tony's shows always differ somewhat, no two shows are ever the same. Sometimes the audience provides the humor, and then sometimes Tony will get tickled and have the audience rolling in the aisles. Sometimes Tony gets so much energy going that he's been known to rip out some of his pants, I tell you this guy hardly ever quits moving. Just wish I had half of his energy !

During the second half of the show Tony changes clothes and sings more Elvis music. He really does a wonderful tribute to Elvis and also sings some of his own compositions. His vocal range will surprise you and he puts his heart and soul into every song. He can make you laugh and turn into a serious song and the tears will be streaming down your face. As I listen to him do "My Way" or "Its Midnight" or "You Gave Me a Mountain This Time", I feel his emotion, and mine too -as I fight back the tears.

As in the tradition of the ELVIS shows, LADIES--Tony will gladly take your scarf to wipe away his perspiration and return it to you with a loving kiss. He never tires of this, its a hard job you know...but somebody's got to do it!

After the show ends, Tony will come out and autograph and take more photos with you. His fans are very important to him and he's never too tired to meet you and hear your comments about his show. He's so caring and attentive, that you'll feel like the only person there with him.

Even if you are a die hard Elvis fan, I guarantee you'll leave this show- a Tony fan, and if you're just looking for a Great Show to see in Branson, this one will rock your world! You'll have so much fun, you'll return again & again to this show, as many of us do.

Tony Roi From A Grateful Heart

So much has been said about Tony Roi, this man continues to ingnite a fire on the Branson strip every day. I, personally, have written a few reviews of Tony. I am continually in awe of the God-given talent this man has.

From the opening music, which starts the anticipation in this lady, to the final note of the night, I can't recall how much I've enjoyed a show so much. I've never let out so many shrieks and screams. This lady used to be a respectable woman, now a friend has called me "one of them", which is a "Tonyite". The last time I was at Music City Center, Tony sang "Green, Green Grass of Home" and I had tears in my eyes. It touched my heart so much, with the power and passion he put into his music.

You go through life with so much stress and pressures, when you walk into Tony's house, all the outside world falls away. You almost feel like you are the only one in Tony's livingroom and he's singing directly to you. I couldn't help think if you were the only one in the audience, he would still go on and sing to you like he does for hundreds each week.

I have had the blessings of knowing and working with several entertainers in this town, but I've never known someone like Tony Roi. I've seen some of those entertainers walk away at the end of the night and not say a single word to anyone in the audience and just collect the paycheck and on to the next show. The time Tony spends with his audiences is touching to see. I am so grateful for the time he takes for me when I am able to be there. He puts a smile on my face and a song in my heart. Tony's appeal reaches far from what you see onstage. He is so genuine and caring and appreciative during his meet and greets. I am so grateful for how he's touched my life and I love him dearly, not for the Elvis Tribute artist, but for the man he truly is.

Went to see Tony Roi

Went to see Tony Roi, yes Mom I did!
Mom has been talking all about Tony Roi ; her new
favorite show in Branson. I grew up with my Mom being
an Eddie Rabbitt fan, and yes I spent my 21st birthday
in Branson MO at an Eddie Rabbitt show. I now realize
those are precious memories.

So I had an opportunity to be near Branson and Mom was
sad because she was not there, so I decided to go see
Tony Roi at Music City theater. I knew a few things
about Elvis, I have heard his music but that is a different
time than mine. I did not know what to expect.

First off I could see the ladies in the audience take
this show very serious. They almost can not contain
themselves. It was an interesting atmosphere. But it
is very clear everyone is here to
have a good time. Enter Tony Roi. I was first
impressed with how well he sings. A voice that
powerful you do not hear everyday! And Tonys
Powerhouse band impressed me very much. These are
some very talented musicians. My Brother always says
the band does not get enough recognition but the
audience really appreciated the whole show.

I did not get an autograph but stayed to see a long
line of people waiting to meet and tell Tony how
wonderful the show was. I was impressed with how
gracious he was to all the people. He truly seems
like a nice person.

So will I be a Tony Roi fan? Well maybe not, but I can
see what my Mom loves about the show. And I have seen
many a trips with my Dad driving Mom to Branson to see
Tony Roi, did I mention my Dad has a chauffeurs hat
just for the trips. I think my Dad understands how
much fun Mom has at these shows and I now understand
as well.
