Darren Romeo - Should Win Best Show
Darren Romeo never lost touch of his audience we were real to him not just a dollar sign. I especially liked the way he sat down at the front of the stage and told us his story about Harry Blackstone. You could see the emotion in his face and hear the sincerity in his voice. I have 2 teenagers and a 7month old, as well as a very hard to please husband. My older kids were amazed, and that is hard to do in today’s high tech world. My husband who is the pessimist is always looking for the mess ups or the secrets, has nothing but good things to say about the show. We had front row tickets so we were right up there where we could see the acts up close, not one time did we see anything that would take away from the tricks or the illusion of the performance. The cast and crew were awesome as well; they worked well with each other and were helpful. After the show Darren and Christy came out to greet all of us. I know we stood in line quite awhile. He was just as personable with us at the end as he seemed with those that were first in line. On a personal note, by the time we
got to the end of the line the gift shop had closed and we had used
all our cash at the concessions so we were not able to purchase a CD
like we wanted too. I ask Darren if we ordered one on line could he
personalize it for us. He said of course he would. Then he reached
behind his back and pulled a CD from his table and personalized it
for My daughter listens to it all the time. If I want it then I have to beg her to borrow it. She is 13 and loves his music. What can I say it was an awesome show, one my family and I will never forget. Darrin Romeo is a charming young man and an extraordinary performer. We look forward to our next visit to Branson and we will definitely go to see him again. He truly is a gift to the world of
magic and to his fans! Sincerely The Patterson Family
