I don't usually go crazy over a show but after recently seeing
the Bart Rockett Show, I went crazy! My family and I purchased the
family pass for $50 and sat back and enjoyed the show immensely. The
show is about 1 hour and 45 minutes in running length and features
4-5 dancers with Bart Rockett featuring his ventriloquism, comedy,
large stage illusions, and other variety entertainment. It is a fine
production with modern music and at $50 for the entire family: a
great value! I would highly suggest everyone see this show. The
professionalism depicted in this show should be carried over into
every other Branson show in my opinion. I can't wait to go back in
the fall!

This was a wonderful show for the whole family. Bart had some of
the youngsters on stage and also went out into the audience and had
fun with the adults as well. His love for children really shows!
Bart's show was amazing with the illusions he performed, the
beautiful girls dancing, and the ventriloquist performance was
outstanding! He shared his family support as a young boy getting
started and encouraged everyone to persue their dreams. He is truly
a family man and even brought his 9 month old out at the end of the
show. Great Show!

Thanks to Bart Rocket and his family for making a wonderful evening
for my family this past week. His show; while it had minor technical
glitches; was fantastic. His ventriloquism (sp?) is amazing and his
6 dancers really add to the production. I was suprised at the low
crowd but really like the theater hes in. Bought a family pass for
$49 for my family and they wanted to go back. It was good cheap fun.

In my opinion, the minute Bart Rockett steps on stage one
immediately loves him. His stage presence, comedy, ventrilliquisim,
and illusions all justify his extreme talent. It is a smaller
production, however, it is a more personable, intimate setting. Most
children are drawn to Mr. Bart Rockett and enjoy his show more so
than the other Magic shows in town. I enjoyed myself and my kids did
too!

I really enjoyed the show. It was better than expected. Bart has a
lot of great humor and seems like a genuine person. He is very
talented and his show is different from most in Branson. I was also
surprised about a vocalist being in the show. She was dynamic and
had a lot of stage presence. Everytime she came on stage, I couldn't
take my eyes off of her. I really loved the christian song. It
touched my heart. The ending of the show touched my heart as well.

I loved Bart's illusions. My favorite was the Grapefruit trick and
when he lifted the girl in the air. He is talented. His jokes about
Arkansans were hilarious! I also loved the Vocalist. She was
fantastic, gave me chills. Her ability is truly powerful. She has a
lot of pzazz, and is also a very good dancer. I liked the show a lot
and will recommend it to others.

I would like to start my review by saying WOW, I honestly thought
that Kirby Van Birch was the worst magician in Branson, that is
until September of 05 rolled around.
See that is when Bart Rocket came to town, and proved that a David
Copperfield wannabe with no rehearsal time nor appropriate budget
could wake up one morning and say, 'Hey, let's do a couple of
illusions in Branson.' I went to see Bart Rocket and went openminded
with no preconceived ideas and wound up finding more reasons to like
Kirby Van Birch.
Now I know that I’m saying a few harsh things, however I take it
personally when someone does not take the art seriously and tries to
take credit for other magicians' creations. As far as the
ventriloquism, one more time, he needs to come up with original
pieces instead of messing up brilliant ideas from those better than
himself.
The box office staff along with the ushers were very friendly and in
my opinion would be the reason that people would go back. My overall
review, if you want to pay 27.00 for a nap than go to Motel 6; if
you want to see great magic than check out any of the other
magicians around town.

Recently my family and I went to see Bart Rockett's show.
Bart had previously performed in Branson but has returned and we
were so pleased. While like any show in Branson, it's getting it's
legs under it but we loved this show very much. It opens with a
lovely lady singing a song about being blessed. She sings again
during a spot reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet that took my breath
away. After that, Bart makes his appearance and it's like you are
among friends.
His show isn't scripted and there
are many personal moments. He even used a ring my husband had given
to me for our anniversary and intertwined it with 2 others in the
audience bringing gasps from my husband. I still don't know how he
did it. He called my 7 year old out of the audience and he will
never forget that moment and hasn't stopped talking about it. He has
lovely dancers and his illusions, while not your "David Copperfield"
grand illusions, they leave you asking the question "how'd he do
that".
He winds personal often touching
true stories throughout his show which left a tear in my eye towards
the end. He introduced his lovely wife Kami and their brand new
beautiful baby boy Kadan to the audience, and a proud daddy he is.
He is also very accomplished in ventriloquism and I laughed so hard
I had tears in my eyes when he started this part of the show. The
audience was small that night but very appreciative and responsive.
He really deserves larger audiences because what makes this show
different is the personal one-on-one Bart does with his audiences.
It's not just what's on-stage but
it's who is in his audience that counts and if they are entertained
and seeing a good quality show. I am definitely going back. Oh, and
his quick changes with his shirts he wears would put anyone to shame
how'd he do that???).
