Branson Show: John Tweed: The Voice
Recommendation: Yes
Ratings: 5 of 5
Date: May 12, 2004
Time: 7:50 PM

John has an amazing voice - four octave range, but the tone is just so resonant and rich. He has the best singing voice in Branson without a doubt. We heard him last year and again this year the first week in May and his audiences are growing so that is encouraging to see. He performs a little bit of everything: country, fifties, romantic love songs, and show tunes, including "Old Man River" and "Some Enchanted Evening".
This guy puts a lot of personality into his performances and mingles nicely with the patrons and singles out a few ladies to serenade. It helps to have some appreciation of good music - John is a singer's singer. I hope his show continues to draw more people - he deserves success with such an enormous talent.
