Expecting Big Things - Branson Brothers
Sometimes I spend more time
watching them than the singers. It appears as though Jimmy, Dee, Diana, Terry and Brad put their heart and soul into this project, you can see it on their faces when they are up there. Happiness exudes from them. I love the fact that they use more current country – it seems to appeal to everyone in the audience. The whole first half is just done
with class, and of course the humor of Homer Lee how can you
not enjoy this portion of the show? However, I have to admit that
the second half is my favorite; I was born in the 70s and therefore
love rock, soul …. I love the fact that Dee wears his hair down in the entire second half, and when he sings “Wild Horses”, I melt! I love that they have Dolly Parton, Hall and Oates, the Rolling Stones and Tony Orlando and Dawn in the show. What a tribute to the music business! Andre adds the touch of soul that makes you want to hear more and more. My grandma went with me and she heard sound check and didn’t want to leave the theater – even though the show didn’t start for over an hour. She just wanted to sit in the hall and listen to the wonderful harmony these guys have together. When I took my parents all they did
was laugh the entire time at
Terry
“Homer Lee”, he does so many different things in this show – but
I believe the American Idol contestant is my favorite of his spots.
I would recommend this show to all
of those looking for a fun show that would appeal to all ages.
Enjoy! -Nicole
